Applications of BBa_K1437004

We used the promoter into yeast followed by a fluorescence gene and a terminator ADH.Because of the condition limited,We can't get the florescence result right now,but we will put them on wiki or in our Powerpoint,now we will give the electrophoresis pictures followed,for more information please visited our wiki:http://2014.igem.org/Team:HIT-Harbin.
